Together with constructing new build residential dwellings for both private purchasers, housing associations and commercial property builds, Little & Company also undertake refurbishment works, extentions and home improvements.

A single storey rear extension with electric Velux blinds and attached orangery. Once the extension was constructed and water tight we knocked through into the existing kitchen to create a large kitchen living area. We also undertook the external works required including the relaying of the block paved drive, laying of new paths and patio to the rear of the property, and to re turfing all the garden areas as a complete package. 

A beautiful stone built existing building which formerly consisted of 4 apartments. Little & Company replaced the existing roof installing 8 Velux windows and repaired the original architectural features to the soffit of the roof. Following the installation of the Velux windows we created 2 new 1 bedroom apartments in the roof space / 2nd floor of the property. Following this work we completely refurbished the communal area of the property then completely ripped out and refurbished the two ground floor apartments to the same specification as the new 2nd floor apartments.

A first floor extension on top of an existing ground floor extension cutting into the existing roof, which created a new master bedroom with en-suite. The existing ground floor extension was completely refurbished to create a new family living room with bi-folding doors onto the patio area. We also replaced the existing garage flat roof with a new pitch roof, which had a large front soffit overhang with spot lights installed.
