On this land once stood a dilapidated bungalow, which we demolished and  constructed a new large four bedroomed home. This home was constructed from natural stone with blue slate roof, it stands in extensive grounds, enclosed with railings and electric gates to the front of the property.

Hopefield Court was formerly a Methodist Church. In 2005 we purchased the church and following demolition constructed eight 3 bedroomed mews houses on Wrose Brow Road. On Samuel Way to the rear of the site Little & Company constructed a pair of 3 bedroomed semi detached houses and 1 bungalow.

The Jacobs Court development was formerly a foundry which was demolished before we developed the site. This development consists of 14 of our mews type houses and two apartments, constructed in 3 blocks of 4 houses and a pair of our mews houses with ground and first floor apartments attached.

Formerly Lorne Street First School, this site was purchased by the PDSA who developed an Animal Hospital on half of the site. Little & Company purchased the other half of the site from the PDSA, and developed 11 of our mews type houses in 3 blocks of 3 and a pair of semi detached houses. We also developed 2 detached apartments on top of each other.

Little & Company purchased this site and developed the front section of the site with 10 ground and first floor apartments called Bailey Court, and two pairs of semi detached houses in our mews style house type. The rear of this site called Liberty Square was sold to Chevin Housing Association from Little & Company, and this development contract appears in our commercial portfolio.

This development was one undertaken for a specialist dental client. We worked closely with the client to design an orthodontist surgery incorporating a reception, waiting area, and central open plan podium treatment area.
